- Degree for Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Must be licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Michigan
- Current CPR certification (Plan being certified before hire)
- Have some form of management / leadership background.

Working Conditions

Review referral documentation and medical history prior to the initial patient assessment.Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations using evidence-based standards of practice.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans with clear patient goals and objectives.Monitor and assess patient progress regularly, revising treatment plans as needed (at least monthly or more frequently if indicated).Implement the prescribed treatment plan and provide hands-on therapy services.Complete all necessary documentation for treatment and billing promptly and accurately.Educate and train family members and significant others on effective support strategies for patient care.Supervise and provide guidance to physical therapy aides and support staff, ensuring quality service delivery.Foster and maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues, patients, and their families to enhance care coordination and patient satisfaction.Actively participate in team meetings and collaborative discussions to improve service delivery.Promote patient education in health, wellness, fitness, and injury prevention.Stay informed on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and incorporate new knowledge into patient care.Apply for Position
