Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting physical therapists in carrying out individualized treatment plans.
- Providing hands on treatment in accordance to the treatment plan created by the physical therapist.
- Monitor patient progress and provide education to patients and caregivers.
- Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of patient encounters.
- Associate Degree from a CAPTE accredited physical therapy assistant program.
- Hold an active license to practice in the state of Michigan.
- Experience as a PTA is preferred but not required.
