This position is responsible for playing a vital role in supporting cross-departmental collaboration and ensuring accurate data management within enterprise software systems. This position works closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Accounting, Drafting, and Design teams to facilitate the setup, bidding, and rollout of new communities, plans, and options while maintaining cost accuracy and process efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned)
- Community Setup and Management: Collaborate with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Accounting to input and update information for new and existing communities in enterprise software. Perform initial costing reviews to verify community setups align with expectations, coordinating with all relevant departments throughout the multi-step community setup process.
- New Plan Development: Work with Drafting, Purchasing, and Sales to enter data into enterprise software for the setup, bidding, and rollout of new plans, ensuring seamless availability for sales teams.
- Option and Feature Updates: Collaborate with Design, Sales, and Purchasing to add or modify features, options, or color selections, then implement these changes accurately within the enterprise software.
- Cost Category Oversight: Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned cost categories within the enterprise software, including how they integrate with other departments. Take the lead in proposing and implementing changes to cost category setups and processes across departments as needed.
- Schedule Coordination: Collaborate with Production and Purchasing to adjust schedule activities for home construction in enterprise software.
- Option Pricing Review: Conduct quarterly option margin reviews to ensure profitability and accuracy in pricing structures.

Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Excel required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Proficiency in enterprise software systems, specific Kova experience a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of costing, purchasing, and project coordination processes preferred.
- Great organizational, strong project and people skills.
- Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work with multiple departments that are dependent upon you hitting deadlines.
