Mungo Homes has an opening for a Sales Coordinator on our team in Greenville, SC market!
This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the market Sales Manager(s) and Market President by preparing and maintaining sales-related reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : (performs other duties as assigned)
- Prepare and maintain various sales-related reports : Sales Construction Meeting notes / log; inventory and backlog report; AVID reports, researching issues and community information to appropriate manager.
- Update and produce Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports including the monthly market CMA and the quarterly community CMA.
- Update the lot fit grid as communities and phases are added in each city (within assigned market).
- Maintain personnel community assignment register for all community personnel.
- Manage market share data and prepare graphs for each quarter.
- Assist with new community set-up : lot matrices, pricing, and release dates.
- Update plan and lot information in KOVA. Include notes and make visible, as applicable, or add restrictions as applicable.
- Assist with field visits; compile information from field visits, organize pictures, request additional information, update KOVA, etc.
- Schedule and assist with various meetings (focus group, Advisory Board, Aged Inventory Merchandising Team, New Sales Training, etc.). Assist with Trade Events, when needed.

Education and / or Experience : Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills :
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to learn KOVA software
