Job Description :
Handles the basic tasks for the Sensor Support team. Answer and attempt to troubleshoot basic customer questions or requests (including but not limited to : confirming senor is online, scheduling installation appointments). Provide administrative support for the sensor support team, (ie : submitting equip orders, cancel customer acct, contacting customers for delivery instructions, and updating contact info.). Ensure all tasks are handle and completed in a timely manner.
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of work experience is preferred
- Experience in providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
