Job Description: The Resource Analysis Manager leads the Resource Analyst team. Works closely with team members and with the Inspection Services Field management, Home Office management and Inspectors to deliver value added inspection services through constant analysis of territory, capacity/demand models, and profile setups. Aligns with operations and resource advisor to effectively monitor and co-organize dispatching efforts to maximize productivity within supplied parameters. Provides continuous monitoring, reporting and analysis of certificate inspection needs, status and inventory. Gather, analyze and report on various complex data sets while identifying discrepancies or value-added opportunities. Determine and communicate definitions of data and quality of data to effectively communicate findings to internal and external customers. Assists in the development and mentoring of employees by managing personnel and day-to-day activities for designated team. Manages and allocates resources, creates and/or improves workflows, and disseminates information to team members. Ensures compliance with HSB standards and practices and oversees quality control activities. Consistently applies performance management practices to all individuals, communicates issues, concerns, or procedures with managers and actively identifies and communicates training issues and opportunities. Identifies workflow opportunities and system improvements for all service operations groups and takes steps-including but not limited to proposals and testing-to implement same.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is required
• Advanced degree is preferred
• 3 years of prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership within a team environment.
• 3 years insurance industry or operations experience.
• 3 years of experience leveraging data analysis to make informed business decisions.

• Advanced analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Proven capability to multi-task and successfully self-manage multiple priorities and projects of various significance
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
