About the role
As an Business / System Analyst, you will be supporting the identification, analysis and preparation of explicit and implicit stakeholder requirements and providing functional support for business processes and software during deployment. You will be responsible for analyzing the requirements together with business representatives and creating possible solutions that will solve problems or add additional value to the end customer, both for new and existing products / softwares.
How you will get the job done
- following up on legislative changes at the USA market. Review regulatory requirements on regular basis and monitor its adoption in insurance industry
- developing regulatory domain knowledge to serve as SME / advisor for stakeholders
- providing guidance on regulatory requirements and best ways of its adoption based on thorough analysis of large amount of data
- identifying vulnerabilities based on internal audit results and analyse how to address them
- driving complex regulatory projects in IT Security area with the project team
- collaborating with internal ERGO partners to troubleshoot project planning issues
facilitating design, planning, and implementation workshops with internal and external stakeholders
