Flagship HQ Retail Store Manager
SUMMARY
Our new headquarters in Oceanside, CA, serves as a hub for creativity and retail excellence. We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our flagship store and contribute to the overall success of the brand. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all store operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in retail management and a deep understanding of the fashion industry.
RESPONSIBILITES
- Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Team Leadership: With partnership from the People & Culture team, Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to foster employee growth and development.
- Customer Experience: Create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment. Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Operations Management: Manage store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and cash handling. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze store performance against budget and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify opportunities to increase profitability and reduce expenses.
- Brand Representation: Embody the MUNICIPAL Apparel brand values and ensure consistent brand execution throughout the store.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with the local community through partnerships and events.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry. 5 Years minimum in Store Manager position.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a desire to grow with a brand.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail software.
- Passion for the fashion industry and a strong understanding of trends.
- Experience with Shopify a plus.
- Experience in a Corporate setting a plus.
