Overview : The Business Development Contact Center Manager provides leadership and oversight for a high-performance, results driven team of Outbound Sales Representatives. This role focuses on driving new member acquisition, promoting MCU’s financial products and services, and ensuring the team meets production targets. The Business Development Contact Center Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and work collaboratively with other departments to support the organizational growth objectives of Municipal Credit Union.

Responsibilities :

Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following :

  • Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to increase new membership, and promote products and services.
  • Align sales initiatives with MCU’s growth objectives
  • Collaborate with Business Development creating campaigns that drive results of combined efforts
  • Create campaigns to nurture Business Development relationships with Select Employee Groups (SEGs) supporting their needs and effectively promote Municipal Credit Union's products and services
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the outbound sales team to achieve individual and collective results. Fostering a culture of high performance and accountabilities as a team
  • Conduct regular team meetings and reviews, set clear goals, and provide ongoing coaching support to improve skills
  • Monitor and report on key sales metrics, including conversion rates, deposits, loans, and pipeline management, performance, and recommended areas of improvement
  • Identify potential market and member segment campaign trends to identify gaps in products and services needed to enhance MCU’s growth opportunities
  • Ensure all outbound sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and MCU policies
  • Maintain a high level of member service, ensuring all sales activities promote MCU’s core values and mission.
  • Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned
