Overview: The Marketing Administrator is responsible for the support to the marketing team with day-to-day operations while upholding consistent brand standards and guidelines throughout the credit union and its branches and other departments. Oversees communication between Marketing and retail branches and lending through monthly marketing liaison meetings, regular branch visits and marketing supply management. Oversees inventory of promotional supplies and vendor management. Coordinates and supplies retail branches and internal departments with promotional items as needed.

Responsibilities:
Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Conduct monthly audits of MCU branded materials across all branches to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage inventory of marketing materials and collaborate with Marketing vendors to facilitate orders and replenishments
- Assist the team with business analytics needs, monitoring of trends, social media monitoring and gathering of monthly campaigns’ results (data analytics)
- Aid in organizing community engagement initiatives and local branch events to enhance brand visibility and community relations.
- Research and procure competitively-priced and innovative promotional items in collaboration with vendors and credit union staff while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate compliance reviews of marketing materials to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Provides event support as needed.
- Maintain and update the marketing calendar for the department, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and campaign schedules.
- Organize the development, distribution and updates of marketing materials to branches and other departments including, but not limited to: annual reports, newsletters, brochures, and flyers
- Process marketing-related invoices and corporate card accurately and efficiently.
- Serve as backup for social media monitoring activities as needed, ensuring consistent engagement and brand presence.
- Support webinars by managing registrations and tracking RSVPs and attendance using Eventbrite or similar platforms.
- Create monthly reports for management on marketing activities.
- Monitor Track-It tickets into marketing and ensure requests are responded to in a timely manner.
- Manage monthly statement process.
- Maintain and update website rate changes.
- Manage ordering of business cards.
- Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned.
- College degree in Marketing-related field preferred or equivalent working experience.
- Two plus years’ experience, preferably within a Marketing environment.
- Financial services and/or Credit Union experience is a plus.
- Team player.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Technologically proficient.
