YOUR ROLE

As a Lawncare Technician, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations. From providing legendary customer service to applying treatments, you’ll manage various properties with skill and care. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality results and ensuring our customers are thrilled with every visit.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Dependability: Must be reliable and committed to showing up on time every day.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Driving Skills: Clean driving record (MVR) required.
• Communication: Good English skills (reading and writing) and ability to communicate effectively with your team and customers.
• Licensing: Must obtain a general applicator's license by the state of Illinois within 60 days of employment.
• Work Ethic: Passion for methodical, high-quality work and a strong desire to be part of a team.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be available for extended hours during peak seasons.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Lift up to 50 pounds and handle environmental risks like bees and thorns.
• Work in all weather conditions, with flexibility to work up to 65 hours per week, including weekends.
