Duties
- Engage with customers via phone and in-person to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Process cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the cash register.
- Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring that products are readily available for customer inquiries.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently to track sales and inventory levels.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Demonstrate knowledge of automotive repair and vehicle maintenance to assist customers with relevant solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, utilizing strong phone etiquette to create a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers with accuracy.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
