Join the Munoz Home Group as a Showing Assistant and become an integral part of the home buying journey. Located in Lacey, WA, our team is committed to delivering outstanding service to our clients. In this role, you will collaborate with seasoned real estate professionals, acquiring valuable knowledge and practical experience in the field. Your main responsibility will be to assist in presenting properties to potential buyers, ensuring a smooth and informative process. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for real estate, a desire to learn, and the drive to make a significant impact within a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
