Are you a seasoned automotive professional with expertise in vehicle integration, systems engineering, product design, costing, and manufacturing, and a special knack for ideation? Munro and Associates is actively seeking a Senior Automotive Consultant with at least a decade of industry experience, where ideation is not just encouraged but celebrated.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to automotive clients on a variety of projects, including vehicle integration, systems engineering, product design, costing, manufacturing, and, importantly, ideation.
- Lead teams in evaluating and enhancing automotive products and processes, with a strong focus on innovation and ideation.
- Delve deep into assessments and benchmarking to uncover areas where creative thinking can drive improvements and cost savings.
- Collaborate closely with clients to develop and implement imaginative solutions that elevate product performance, trim costs, and boost efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings, recommendations, and actionable insights to clients.
- Skillfully translate insights into comprehensive reports and presentations that captivate and inspire action.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, especially those tied to ideation.

- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field preferred.
- 10 years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
- An exceptional ideation specialist with expertise in vehicle integration, systems engineering, product design, costing, manufacturing, and the ability to infuse creativity into problem-solving.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated exploratory, innovative mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet client requirements. This may include local and domestic travel.
- Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder to work on our government contracts.
