Are you an experienced marine systems technician looking for a stable, well-organized shop with long-term projects? Munson Boats is seeking Marine Mechanical / Systems Technicians to join our team in building custom high-speed aluminum landing craft for government and commercial applications, including patrol, fire response, dive operations, research, oil spill cleanup, water taxis, fishing, and more.
This is a full-time opportunity with a four-day workweek (Monday – Thursday, 10-hour shifts), allowing for a great work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities :
- Install and integrate mechanical, electrical, propulsion, plumbing, and carpentry systems aboard our custom boats
- Work with diesel and gasoline engines, pumps, hydraulics, generators, HVAC, and fuel systems
- Perform electrical wiring and system diagnostics in compliance with marine industry standards
- Assemble and install steering, control systems, and marine hardware
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and system diagrams
- Ensure systems meet safety, performance, and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
