Munson Earth Moving Corp., a Vermont based site work / utility contractor is seeking a bright, self-motivated, organized Lead Estimator / Project Manager with a background in Heavy Construction or Civil Engineering, and preferably related field experience to join our company and help us to continue to grow our business.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate take offs of quantities utilizing digitizer / computer program.
- Evaluate bid documents, construction blueprints, subcontractor and material quotes.
- Provide other services such as attending pre-bid conferences, site visits and field measurements.
- Assist in Document Control and Project Management, as required.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and engineers.
