We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various outdoor maintenance tasks, including landscaping, hardscaping, and tree trimming. This position offers the opportunity to work with power tools and hand toolsResponsibilities : - Perform lawn care duties such as mowing, edging, and weeding- Assist in hardscape projects - Operate power tools for landscaping and maintenance tasks- Trim trees and bushes to maintain the aesthetics of outdoor spacesPhysical demandsMust be able to work in all weather conditions, especially heat.Must be able to lift / carry up to 80 pounds.Safely and properly handle materials and machinery related to the industry.Lift, pull, squeeze, grip, push and / or carry various landscaping materials and equipment.Safely operate hand and power equipment and toolsterrain, often while carrying materials or operating machinery.QualificationsMust be 18 years or olderValid Driver's License, preferredMust be eligible to work in the U.S.Must be able to pass a background check and drug test, if requested.Must have reliable transportationAvailable Monday-Friday 7 : 00am-4 : 30p with occasional overtime and Saturdays
