**Compensation**
We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you'll receive a sign-on bonus up to $3,000*, full benefits, paid holidays, and paid time off (up to 19 days your first year).
**Job Description**
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You'll also monitor vital signs, report changes in condition, and maintain accurate records.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need a High School Diploma or Equivalent and completion of our free Certified Nurse Aide course within 4 months of hire date. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
