• Develop and maintain schedules for CRNA staff, taking into account staffing needs, training requirements, and performance evaluations
• Identify opportunities for professional development and provide support for CRNAs to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, analyzing data and implementing changes to improve patient outcomes and departmental efficiency
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• Current licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and implement changes to improve patient outcomes and departmental efficiency
