The Chief CRNA will serve as the administrative lead for CRNA staff within the anesthesia department, working closely with the Anesthesia Medical Director and collaborating with clinical and administrative leadership to achieve our goals. Key responsibilities include oversight of scheduling, job training and competencies, engagement in quality improvement work, identification of education and professional development opportunities, continuous improvement in clinical and operational processes, and coaching and mentoring of colleagues. This individual must be able to balance their clinical workload with leadership duties while maintaining excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
• Current licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and implement changes to improve patient outcomes and departmental efficiency
