Casa Consulting is looking for a tenacious, highly motivated, and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to join our fast-growing team in Northwest Indiana!

- Recruit, source, schedule, and interview candidates
- Prepare facility-specific candidate submittals
- Conduct competitive analyses of rates of pay for position/ experience and bonuses
- Develop pay and experience grid based on preapproved rates that meets budget and remains competitive
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly productivity goals
- Contribute to process efficiency by independently prioritizing position urgency and candidate availability
- Develop new ideas and improve current processes and procedures
- Participate in networking events and job fairs to drive consistent candidate traffic
- Manage all aspects of external interview process including candidate preparation, providing feedback, and post-offer closing
- Maintain culture of professionalism and collaboration
- Recruitment experience with demonstrated clinical, healthcare exposure.
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced changing environment.
- Proficient in use of social media to promote the facilities and increase positive exposure.
- Skilled at planning and prioritizing work activities; able to easily adapt as goals, priorities, and role responsibilities may change.
- Proficiency in using IT staffing tools (i.e. ATS, internet job boards, networking and social media).
- Demonstrated experience working with all levels of management.
- Must have strong interviewing and closing skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to operate independently, work proactively, and achieve optimal results.
- Proven track record of establishing innovative recruiting initiatives.
- Ability to partner with human resources managers for present/future staffing needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high level of interpersonal skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- At least two years of recruiting experience or related course work required
