Experienced IT generalist responsible for providing IT assistance and support to complex IT issues. Troubleshoot IT infrastructure including hardware and software in the course of issue remediation. Configure and maintain IT systems to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. Will take on special projects including the implementation of new technology solutions as needed.
Responsibilities :
- Function as a point of escalation for critical, high impact support cases including escalated Level 3 / 4 IT support tickets
- Provide support and training to junior team members as needed.
- May function as SME on various internal platforms.
- O365 Administration including Azure.
- Active Directory administration
- Administration of virtual infrastructure.
- MECM administration including application packaging and deployment
- Interface with the end user community on occasion as needed.
- Documentation of configurations
