Key Responsibilities :
- Panel Assembly : Assemble panels according to specific instructions, which may involve cutting, fastening, wiring, or attaching components.
- Material Handling : Prepare and organize materials (such as metal, wood, plastic, wiring, and other components) needed for panel construction.
- Quality Control : Inspect assembled panels to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards. Conduct routine checks for defects, and ensure that all components are properly installed.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Tool and Equipment Operation : Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble panels. Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of tools.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other assembly line workers, supervisors, and engineers to meet production goals. Communicate any issues or improvements related to assembly processes.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any issues encountered during assembly. Report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Product Testing : In some cases, conduct tests on completed panels to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications, such as electrical testing or structural integrity testing.
