We are looking for a Materials Handler to join our growing team.
Description of Job Role and Responsibilities :
- Create Service tickets for incoming calls and emails.
- Answer phones and emails to address customer issues or route requests such as order updates, organizational info and who to contact to resolve problems, customer complaints / issues, and other administrative issues.
- Follow-up on quotes with customer and convert quotes to sales / revenue / Pos.
- Update and manage relevant customer information and activities in ASTEA database.
- Handle difficult customer situations and solve customer service challenges as they arise.
