Our sales reps work as a team, engaging with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods that have active jobs being installed, or recently installed. This is a field-based position interacting directly with potential customers. Our top team members are making $1600 - $1800 PER WEEK, and our closers make even more.

No experience is required for this role. We're looking for people who are hungry, motivated, and coachable. If you're all 3 of those things, we'll provide you with EVERY resource you need in order to succeed - and we'll ensure you make more money here than you ever have anywhere else.
Overview
The role has a base pay of $20.00 per hour plus commission. You have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission based on your successful interactions with homeowners, and the sales that are generated off those appointments.
We have a proven process that consistently creates high earners. Many of our top closers joined the Munz family with zero experience, and are now making $200k annually.

- Have strong persuasive abilities and a passion for sales/self improvement.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required!
