Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Auntie Anne's store at The Mall at Rockingham Park. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall supervision and operation of the store, with a focus on maintaining our Three-Fold Philosophy and achieving maximum profitability.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including prepping, baking, and serving pretzels and other products.
- Recruit, screen, interview, and hire adequate staff to meet operational needs.
- Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and conduct disciplinary actions as needed.
- Review sales and labor reports, set goals, and track accomplishments daily with the Regional Manager.
- Maintain working relationships with Mall Managers/Marketing Specialists and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of management experience in a retail, restaurant, or fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver's license.
- Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings.
