Job Title : HR Specialist Employee Experience
Job Duties : Under the guidance of HR VP, take a proactive role in the HR department in supporting multinational corporate cultural integration, including employee engagement. Under the direction of the HR management team to support and drive the implementation of strategies aligned with communication and engagement goals. Develop and define engagement metrics designed to measure the impact of new executive led initiatives and programs against key performance metrics that have been set by the management team. Work with HR VP to create proposals for training program content for new corporate initiatives in the areas of cultural integration and engagement. Analyze and interpret feedback from employee engagement surveys to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team for program improvement.
Required education : Bachelor’s or equivalent in Human Resources, Public Policy, or related.
Required experience : 12 months of experience as HR Specialist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager.
Additional minimum requirements : work experience to include at least 12 months in each of the following :
- Provide companywide cross-cultural communication training programs;
- Implementing strategic roadmaps for work practice integrations between U.S. based teams and teams from corporate affiliates abroad;
- Assisting with global mobility initiatives;
- Implementing employee surveys to request input regarding workplace best practices;
- Survey result analysis and consolidation into presentations for management review of data.
- Participated in projects focused on aligning company cultures and assisting in integration of HR systems to support the development of a cohesive and effective system.
Salary Range : $80,000 ~ $120,000 / year
