We are looking for 2 hungry candidates to join our "Management Trainee Program".
#1 volume Nissan dealership right in the heart of Nissan Country!
Sales experience necessary, management experience, preferred but not necessary.
Previous Serving experience is also a Big plus!
Must have a Winning Team attitude and Excellent Communication Skills!
Manager Trainees will be responsible for handling incoming internet leads, responding and providing information to all inquiries on Facebook, Instagram and all social media platforms, reaching out to service customers and prospecting new customers.
Our Manager Trainee program is a 9-month program that helps us prepare the next Sales Manager or Finance Manager. Our Trainees will learn how to sell vehicles via internet, sell to service customers and handle floor opportunities as well. They will learn how to appraise used vehicles and structure deals for the lenders, including loan to value, payment to income and credit bureau review. They will also help train new hires after 6 months in the program.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with floor, internet and inbound service customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person)
- Becoming a high producer
- Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business
- Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
- Appraise vehicles
- Structure deals
- Recruit and train a sales team
- Disclosing terms of sales with consumers and reviewing sales with dealership management
- Fluent in all social media platforms
- Excellent customer relationship skills
- Self-starter, motivated and success driven
- Confident, positive and high energy presence
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
