Key Responsibilities:
Process accounts receivable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile customer payments and ensure proper application to accounts.
Handle the daily cash receipts, posting them to the correct accounts.
Monitor accounts for overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
Prepare daily and monthly financial reports as needed.
Assist the accounting team with additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related field (preferably in the automotive industry).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and dealership management software. CDK experience strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
