Key Responsibilities:
Process vehicle sales transactions, including accurate billing of new and used vehicles.
Prepare and submit all legal documents for titling and registration to DMV and relevant agencies.
Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Verify accuracy of vehicle sale paperwork and collaborate with sales and finance teams.
Ensure timely processing of title work to avoid penalties or delays.
Address and resolve any title or billing discrepancies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of licensing, titling laws, and regulations.
