Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch, a member of the prestigious Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance and Lease Representative to join our luxury dealership team. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's most iconic brands while helping customers achieve their dream of owning or leasing a Mercedes-Benz.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist customers with financing and lease options for their vehicle purchases.
Present and explain financing options, extended service contracts, and other products that add value to the customer experience.
Secure financing through various banks and lending institutions.
Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently in compliance with dealership policies and government regulations.
Maintain positive relationships with lenders, banks, and financial institutions.
Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for finance and lease products.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in automotive finance or sales is required.
Strong knowledge of automotive finance, leasing, and lending processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and provide a high level of customer service.
Knowledge of local and federal finance regulations.
Familiarity with DealerTrack or other dealership finance systems is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
