Janitor

Position Overview:

As a Janitor at Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our dealership. You will ensure that all areas, including the showroom, offices, restrooms, and service bays, are clean, organized, and well-maintained. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a spotless and inviting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.

Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all designated areas.

Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.

Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and display areas.

Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.

Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, service areas, and customer lounge.

Replenish restroom supplies and ensure restrooms are clean at all times.

Notify management of any repairs or necessary maintenance.

Follow proper cleaning procedures to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.

Perform other general janitorial duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, but not required.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Reliable, punctual, and dedicated to completing tasks in a timely manner.

Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.

Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
