Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Dealership Service Coordinator to join our team and streamline our dealership operations. The primary focus of this role is to enhance customer satisfaction, maximize customer retention, and increase profitability by scheduling service appointments, advising on repairs and maintenance services, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule service appointments and advise customers on the nature of services performed and associated costs.
Act as a liaison between customers and service staff, ensuring clear communication and a seamless service experience.
Assist customers with inquiries related to service options, warranties, and service scheduling.
Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Resolve any service issues and customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Monitor the service process to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
Contribute to maintaining the appearance standards of the service center.
Consistently strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, contributing to overall departmental success.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven work experience as a service coordinator or in a similar customer-facing role within luxury or high call volume industries.
Strong knowledge of automotive services and technical aspects of vehicles and kits.
Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to effectively resolve customer complaints and issues.
Proficiency with dealership management software.
High school diploma or equivalent
