Key Responsibilities:
Develop, curate, and manage content for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
Create engaging posts that showcase our luxury vehicles, dealership events, promotions, and services
Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of customer engagement
Utilize data and analytics to optimize social media strategies and enhance engagement and reach
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, automotive marketing, and luxury branding
Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions that align with the dealership's goals
Monitor, review, and report on the effectiveness of all social media campaigns
Photography and videography skills are a plus to create dynamic, high-quality content for our channels
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the automotive or luxury brand space
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools
Ability to create and implement successful social media strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair
Experience with social media analytics and data reporting tools
Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing tools
Passion for luxury vehicles and the automotive industry
Photography and video editing skills are a major plus!
