Handle all necessary paperwork and documentation for warranty claims.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service area.
Qualifications:
Previous General Motors experience a strong plus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous Experience In a Similar Role Is Preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in using computer software and dealership management systems.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of automotive parts and services is a plus.
