Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for maintaining the appearance of vehicles. The Detailer will work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to our clients while upholding the company's reputation for quality.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, including interior and exterior detailing.
- Apply window tinting as needed to enhance vehicle aesthetics and privacy.
- Conduct buffing and polishing of vehicle surfaces to remove imperfections and enhance shine.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tools and equipment are organized.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
- Assist in car wash operations as required, ensuring all vehicles meet quality standards before delivery.
- Drive vehicles safely within the facility for cleaning and detailing purposes.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling cleaning products and equipment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in detailing, custodial work, or car wash operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with detailing tools and products is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is required to operate vehicles safely within the facility.
- A willingness to learn new techniques related to vehicle detailing and maintenance.
