Farm Maintenance Position
We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our team at Murphy Family Ventures LLC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farm maintenance, with skills in areas such as general maintenance, parts management, construction, and repair of farm equipment and facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently. They will also assist with larger projects, such as construction and repairs, and will be required to operate heavy machinery.
This role requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. The successful candidate must also meet all ADA requirements, which include the ability to walk, stoop, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, climb, perform repetitive motions, see and distinguish colors, and hear.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with a rotating weekend schedule every 6th weekend.
