Farm Maintenance Technician
The position is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment, physical structures and systems in our farm facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Duties include repairing and maintaining the physical structure of the establishment, including concrete, wood framing and other components.
The technician will also set up and operate machine tools such as saws, hammers, drills and milling machines to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures, tools or wood components.
Additionally, the technician will operate cutting torches or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
This role requires regular on-call availability for weekends and holidays, as well as responding to emergency needs when not on call.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of construction experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Able to bend, stoop and lift 50 lbs or more
- Farm maintenance experience required
- Strong electrical skills necessary
