is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Sales / Inventory Manager.
This is a full-time role in the auto industry,located in Delaware County PA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, specifically in used car sales and management.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our sales department, including pricing, inventory management, and sales.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in automotive sales and management, who can lead a team to achieve sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities :
Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Monitor market trends and competition to adjust pricing and inventory levels accordingly.
Ensure all vehicles are properly reconditioned, priced, and merchandised for sale.
Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to achieve individual and departmental goals.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of customer issues.
Work closely with the finance and service departments to enhance overall customer experience.
Prepare and analyze departmental reports to track sales performance, inventory turnover, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
