We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for automobiles to assist our customers in finding their perfect vehicle. We provide sales training with a salary plus commission for the right individual. We expect our sales consultants to be $100k earners within three years with an expectation of $50k plus in their first year.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in choosing the right vehicle based on their needs
- Contact Internet leads to set up appointments
- Conduct test drives and provide relevant information about features and options for all vehicles
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction for both new and pre-owned vehicles
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, phone and customer service skills
- Highly motivated people person
- Knowledge of automotive technology and options for both new and pre-owned vehicles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
