Overview
Murphy & Grantland is looking for a Receptionist to assist the firm with greeting incoming guest and clients, answering phones and other related administrative duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will play a welcoming role in greeting the clients, and answering the phones. Responsibilities include receiving and signing for incoming packages. Maintaining the conference rooms for meetings and the scheduling system. Sending important email notifications to the firm about special events and emergencies. Working on and updating the extension phone list, floor plans, and birthday list. Maintaining of the kitchen and the kitchen supplies.
Minimum Qualifications
To excel in this role, you must have at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to multi-task. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new software are important.
*A High school degree is required, an Associate's is a plus.
*Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Physical Demands
The physical demands for this position of sitting for long periods of time, hearing long recordings, talking on the phone, repetitive motions, typing, and hand/eye coordination.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
