MHC Financial Services, LLC represents MHC as their captive finance company facilitating the sale and delivery of Kenworth, Volvo, Hino, and Isuzu trucks. As MHCFS continues to grow, we have an opening for a Finance Manager – Equipment Finance. The Finance Manager – Equipment Finance responsible for driving the funding of MHC Financial Services (MHCFS) financings, outside lender financings, increased branch penetration rates and other fee income for the MHCFS Equipment Finance group.
- Effectively manage a sales team that will drive financing growth, exceed penetration growth goals and fee income targets.
- Hire and develop high performing Finance Representatives. These individuals will need to build strong relationships with the Used Truck Managers, Truck Salespersons and their customers in their territories, from delivering superior customer service, fast response to requests and customized financial solutions to each customer’s situation.
- Develop training programs, daily sales management processes/tools and reporting for Finance Representatives to deliver consistent, high performing results and superior customer service.
- Manager and grow relationships with multiple outside lending partners so we stay current with the market conditions and continue to provide financing solutions for all prospective MHC customers.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with MHC Dealership network, including Branch Managers, Used Truck Managers and Truck Salespersons and Operational Accounting groups.
- Develop and grow suite of financial products to offer our customers.
- Recommend enhancements to current processes and procedures to meet goals and overall organizational vision.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- 2 years’ experience in the Equipment Finance industry in customer service and/or sales. Strong understanding of credit underwriting in the equipment industry.
- Ability to manage and develop a team of sales individuals. Experience managing a group of sales professionals preferred.
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at one time
- Strong customer service, analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with individuals across all levels of organizations.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work effectively with limited guidance.
- College degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis in business, marketing and/finance preferred.
