What You’ll Do:
- Fabrication Expertise: Fabricate steel and aluminum products, including stairs, railings, ladders, gates, and other miscellaneous metals.
- Welding & Certification: Perform high-quality welding, with certification a plus.
- Installation Proficiency: Install miscellaneous metals in various settings, rig equipment, and work with cranes to set steel products of all sizes.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate scissor lifts, forklifts, and other tools as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA guidelines and company safety standards, maintaining a safe and alert working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure project success.

Physical Demands:
This role requires physical stamina and agility, including:

- Coordination and steady hand movements for fabrication and assembly tasks.
Work Environment:
- Work in both shop and field environments, including new construction, existing buildings, and residential settings.
What You Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
- Experience in steel and aluminum fabrication, with a focus on miscellaneous metals.
