Murphy's Outdoor Maintenance is a small landscape maintenance business located in Centre Hall, PA. We are hiring a fulltime experienced crew members for all aspects of landscape maintenance-bed clean ups, mulching, leaf clean ups, pruning, etc.) as well as Winter snow removal. Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Required to drive a truck and trailer to and from jobsites as well as plowing snow and being on call for snow services in the winter. Looking for a motivated self-starter with a good attitude who wants to grow with the company.
Summary
As a Landscape Crew Member, you will be essential in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces for our customers, reporting directly to the Landscape Supervisor. This role involves a variety of tasks including lawn care and landscape maintenance, utilizing your skills with hand tools and machinery. Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including lawn care, landscaping and snow removal.
- Operate hand tools and machinery for various landscaping projects.
- Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
