About the Role:
The Human Resources Supervisor is key in shaping our culture and success. You’ll be responsible for aligning our organizational goals with the potential of our people, cultivating an environment where challenges are seen as opportunities for growth. As a trusted resource and mentor, you will guide employees and leadership in fostering open communication, continuous improvement, and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted resource and mentor, promoting open communication and continuous improvement.
- Align HR strategies with organizational goals to build a supportive environment for personal and professional growth.
- Stay current on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance while fostering a fair and equitable workplace.
- Develop and implement training and development programs that inspire employees to expand their skills and embrace new opportunities.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes with a focus on long-term development.
- Use HR analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-informed decisions.
- Champion wellness and employee care programs to reinforce resilience and well-being.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure processes are executed with integrity and consistency.
- Proactively address workforce trends, challenges, and opportunities, encouraging adaptability and innovation.
- Ensure Compliance with Federal and State Employment Regulations – Stay current on and enforce compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including but not limited to FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and OSHA regulations. Develop and implement policies to uphold legal and ethical standards in all HR practices.
- Oversee Provider and Staff Credentialing – Manage and maintain the credentialing and re-credentialing process for all providers and clinical staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, payer requirements, and accreditation standards. Coordinate with licensing boards and regulatory agencies to verify qualifications, track expirations, and facilitate timely renewals to prevent lapses in credentialing.
