Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Office Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Cameron clinic. This position is essential in providing on-site leadership, improving staff engagement, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Office Manager will foster a positive work culture, manage staffing and recruitment, and ensure the office runs smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Support:
- Provide daily guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
- Serve as the on-site liaison between staff and leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment with practice goals.
- Operational Oversight & Staffing:
- Manage clinic workflow, staffing, and daily operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care.
- Address operational challenges and implement solutions to improve productivity and staff support.
- Oversee recruitment, hiring, and onboarding new employees to ensure the office is properly staffed.
- Ensure adherence to practice policies and procedures, maintaining consistency with our main location.
- Staff Development & Engagement:
- Offer regular feedback and recognition to improve morale and job satisfaction.
- Address staff concerns in a proactive and supportive manner.
- Conduct team meetings to provide updates and training and foster open communication.
- Quality & Patient Experience:
- Maintain high standards of customer service and patient care.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and foster a strong team culture.
- Highly organized and proactive in managing daily operations and challenges.
- Experience in hiring and onboarding staff is a plus.
