What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto, truck, and commercial Parts Front Counter Person position at Murray Auto Electric?
We sell a wide array of parts and services for auto, truck, and industrial applications from radios and lights, to starters, alternators, and plows. We are looking for a front counter person to assist our customers with sales and services, you would also be trained to make cables and hose assemblies. This is a hands-on job for a mechanically inclined individual that enjoys sales and building working relationships with longtime customers. The ideal candidate must be comfortable utilizing a windows-based computer system, operating electronic and paper cataloging systems to retrieve up to date parts information, and effectively communicate features, benefits, and warranty policy information to our customers.
Must be capable of lifting batteries or starters that weigh 50 pounds. We will train you to make hydraulic hoses and battery cables.
