What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook - St. Augustine position at Murray Bros. Caddyshack?
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures for the kitchen stations.
- Prepare food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, appetizers, desserts, and preparing salads.
- Follow proper plate presentation for all dishes.
- Stocks and maintains appropriate levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
- Work with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
- Ensure that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- One year experience in kitchen preparation and cooking preferred.
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
