Prepares high quality, nutritious meals according to cyclical menus in a cost effective manner. Follows recipes and production forecasting. Adheres to patient's modified and therapeutic dietary needs. Maintains patient safety and food safety at all times.
Communicates well and practices teamwork with co-workers.
Serves customers / patients on tray line.
Minimum Work Experience :
- Six months of experience in food preparation / service or equivalent preferred. May likely require ServSafe Manager Certification during employment.
