To review requests for precertification of services, obtain further information if needed, approve requests, verify insurance benefits, send potential denials to supervisor for further action, identify non-covered patients and contact patients for patient responsibilities and pre-registration.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two or three years of experience in a medical office, hospital, imaging facility or related office setting, with customer service and keyboard skills
